Wake up, Bo …

Setelah semalem bacain mama buku winter days in the big woods, Bo kecapean kayaknya :). Tapi kalau malam, drilling baca giliran mamaaa…so, last night, we managed to finish Winter Days in the Big Woods by Laura Ingalls Wilder.

Quite entertaining deh pokoknya…

Hope you enjoy it as much as I do Bo :)…

My favorite books..ever..:)

Highlight of the day.. Amidst my never-ending-reports at the office :)) πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‹πŸ˜˜ ..

My favorite books have finally arriveeed..

Laura Ingalls et Roald Dahl.. oh yeaaaah :D..

I just love them…their books have pretty much colored my younger days and taught me a lot :). Seriously, I learn about sisterhood, home cooking, traveling, friendship so many more from those pages. I guess I build my passion for travelling and exploring the world from Laura as well :D..And Roald? oh the world of possibilities….how imagination becomes borderless with his stories :).

And I found this website here where I can look and shop for those beautiful books..for cheap price! And here I am, buying 14 books in one go hehehe…Yaaay.. And I Β still have more books to go as I have only received 7 of them :).

I really love reading and I found solace in reading good, nutritious books since kids. I certainly hope my kids will love reading too..

Can’t wait can’t wait…

One night at Carnegie Hall, NYC…

The Maestro, Jaya Suprana, is in town!

Yaaaaay…

We’re lucky to get the free ticket for his Piano recital in Carnegie Hall, NYC…Carnegie Hall sodara-sodaraa…ngg main-main lhooo.

First time ever, he will be playing all Indonesian music repertoire in Carnegie Hall..

Cool, rite…

This time, Indonesia Pusaka is the theme, featuring his mosaic of brilliant music compositions inspired by Indonesian traditional customs and musical instruments.

Can’t wait!

Our second Sunday in the Big Apple…

Nice and warm..

That’s our second Sunday in New York City :). How time flies! And summer is definitely comiiing..yaay…

As we were very tired after a lovely courtesy call to the Ambassador’s residence the day before (with a complete Japanese tea ceremony! ), we decided to take it easy on Sunday. Just waking up late, relaxing and finally we decided to go out.

And there we were…walking along the East River Esplanade with #boetobi #weekend –
